Shipping & Returns

We are excited for you to own a Kender product!  Please see below our Shipping & Returns Policies to help you with your purchase:
 
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your Kender purchase and offer complimentary standard shipping to all US based customers.

For our customer’s outside of the US, your shipping rate will be calculated at check out.
 
If you would like expedited shipping, please select the option that most suits your needs upon check out.

Taxes & duties: Kender will send all international packages on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the customer will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase.  We recommend that you provide a suitable shipping address where we can obtain a signature on delivery. 

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you’ll love your Kender product but If you wish to return or exchange it for any reason you have 30 days from your products arrival to do so for a full refund or a different product.  We ask that all items be returned in new and saleable condition.  Return shipping will be at no charge for our US customers and at actual shipping rates for our international customers. Please email us at returns@kenderusa.com so that we can provide you with assistance. 

You will be notified via email once your package has been received by Kender. Your refund or exchange will be processed within approximately seven business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment. You will be notified by email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has been completed.

If we sent the wrong item, your item was damaged during delivery or your item was faulty, we ask that you contact us at customercare@kenderusa.com for assistance in exchanging your item. Return shipping will be at no charge.

Shipping & Handling charges, if any, are not refundable unless we are responsible for sending the wrong item or if the item sent was received damaged. Please note that Kender can only ship to a valid physical address (no P.O. boxes), and our shipping & handling fees are based on the service requested and delivery address. Kender uses multiple carriers for shipping our products and the best option for your location will be selected.

We apologize, but we cannot accept returns on products not purchased on this website. However, please do contact us if you need assistance with any Kender purchase.
