We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase and are currently offering complimentary standard shipping for our domestic customers. However, if you wish to return it for any reason, you have 21 days from your products arrival to do so for a full refund.
Merchandise received after 21 days will be accepted, only at our discretion, for an online store credit. We ask that all products be returned in new and sell-able condition. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 800.609.0765 (U.S. & Canada) or by email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with guidelines for the return of your product.
Shipping & Handling charges, if any, are not refundable unless we are responsible for sending the wrong item or if the item sent was received damaged. Please note that Kender can only ship to a valid physical address (no P.O. boxes), and our shipping & handling fees are based on the service requested and delivery address.
Kender uses multiple carriers for shipping our products and the best option for your location will be selected. All Kender Products require a delivery signature so kindly use an address where someone will be available to receive your package. Shipping Fees for each Kender Product are:
Standard Delivery: Enjoy complimentary shipping to our domestic customers and just $49 for our International customers. Approximate delivery time for all in-stock items, including handling, is 4-6 business days for our U.S. customers and 6-8 days for our International customers. Some exceptions may apply.
Back-ordered product: It is our goal to let you know if an item is back ordered upon placing your order. However, at times, you will be notified after placing your order as to the products constraints, and when it will ship out.
Expedited Service: (2-3 business days for all in-stock items): $25 for our U.S. customers and $90 for our International customers. Please note: Kender is not responsible for any customs delays that may occur that would increase your delivery time.
Overnight Service (guaranteed next business day if item is in stock and the order is placed by 2pm PST): $40 to a U.S. address. Unfortunately, this service is not available for our International customers.
Shipping Fees for All Other Retail Items: See shipping fee at checkout.
Taxes & duties: Kender will send all international packages on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the customer will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. We recommend that you provide a suitable shipping address where we can obtain a signature on delivery. Kender will contact you prior to dispatching your shipment to further assure a successful delivery.
Returns: Complimentary return shipping from all countries if within 21-days of purchase.
Exchanges: For our US customers, should you wish to exchange your product; a single $25 fee will be charged for the shipping & handling of your return, and the reshipment of your new product. You will need to contact us for a RMA and instructions for returning the original product.
For our customers outside of the United States, please reach us by email for a RMA along with a rate quote for the exchange of your product. Please include a phone number to reach you if necessary.
Please note: We apologize, but we cannot accept returns on products not purchased on this website. But please do contact us if you need assistance with any Kender purchase.
You will be notified via email once your package has been received by Kender. Your refund or exchange will be processed within approximately seven business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment. You will be notified by email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has been completed. The credit may not appear on your credit card statement until the next monthly billing cycle.
If a debit card was used for the transaction, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account after receiving the credit information from us.

We think Kender makes a brilliant gift! At checkout, we have two “Gift” options:
1. Check the “Gift” box. Your Kender Product will come in our standard packaging but with a note card and gift receipt included.
2. Check the “Specialty Wrap” box. Your Kender Product will be beautifully custom-wrapped, note card and gift receipt included. There is a $15 fee for this service.
