Our Guarantee

Our Kender quality guarantee extends to all features of the bag. For a period of one year, if anything should fail you, please notify us and we will fix it or replace it if necessary. Our workshop will make that decision upon receiving the damaged product. After the one-year period, we are happy to repair a bag if it is possible, for a nominal fee.
